Our Story
Having worked on complex and mission critical
software for decades, understanding what can
actually be achieved and ensuring results are
delivered has become my north star. So much
technology has come out and promised
everything, and I’ve always focused on the
‘making it happen for the users', ensuring impact.
Doing the right things at the right time. AI,
however, is pushing this approach to its limit. If I
had to change, it’s clear to see that the people
and approach need to change too. This time it’s
different and products and promises are failing
people. We want that to change.

Having lived AI for the last 10 years, I’ve seen its
best applications and rapid evolution first hand.
Having run the AI capability for a FTSE 250
multinational company and provided AI
consultancy across a multitude of organisations,
I push the human and process side of the journey,
allowing the solutions to thrive. Whilst new
technology often gets adopted into Agile
software teams, this time that’s not the solution.
Fail fast doesn’t build the trust and adoption with
people. Knowing what’s possible is one thing,
getting the best of that to ensure advantage is
another.
